Part-Time Office Assistant – Flexible Schedule

Location: Cadillac, MI (supporting both Cadillac and Big Rapids offices)
Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience
Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible weekday hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our growing team!
This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time employment with a flexible weekday schedule in a positive, team-oriented environment.
The position will primarily be based in our Cadillac office, with responsibilities supporting both our Cadillac and Big Rapids locations. Most work can be completed from the Cadillac office, although occasional travel between locations may be requested.
No insurance license or previous insurance experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team members.
- Make outbound calls to schedule customer appointments and complete routine follow-ups.
- Assist with customer communications and administrative requests.
- Organize paperwork, scan documents, and maintain office records.
- Assist with mailings, office supplies, and general office organization.
- Provide administrative support to team members in both office locations.
- Help with special projects and miscellaneous office responsibilities.
